Bishop David Evans is the pastor of Bethany Baptist Church, Prelate of the Abundant Harvest Fellowship of Churches, author and CEO of David G. Evans Ministries. Bishop Evans has set out to change the world and offer the same deliverance he received, through Jesus Christ. In 1976, Evans accepted Christ into his life and was called into the five-fold ministry. He also was active in the gospel music industry before he accepted the mandate to pastor. Called by God to develop a multicultural congregation of believers, Bishop Evans accepted to pastor at Bethany Baptist Church in Lindenwold, New Jersey, with 29 members in 1990. Today, more than 27,000 members attend Bethany. In 1996, Evans was ordained as bishop and presiding officer of the Abundant Harvest Fellowship of Churches. Bethany Baptist Church’s record label, Abundant Harvest Entertainment has released two CD’s, “Healing Without Scars” and “Automatic Praise Live” with Evans at the helm. Through David G. Evans ministries, Bishop Evans produces the Power of Revelation television program and OnPointe, a live call-in radio show. As a preacher, writer and music producer, this anointed and gifted teacher, and leader seeks to make all God’s people whole and healed while passionately serving Christ.
