Why Do We Celebrate Christmas?
Christmas is that special time of year when we celebrate the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. Born in a manger, surrounded by animals, shepherds, angels and wise men, Jesus came into the world on a cold night in Bethlehem all those years ago for one reason – to save us all from our sins. Because of his birth, we have the promise of everlasting life with Him one day in Heaven – and that truly is a reason to celebrate!
At Daystar, we want to share that celebration with our community and passers-by. We hope that they’ll in turn be encouraged to celebrate and share the true meaning of Christmas with their family and friends during this holiday season.
