Daystar Television Network will air the 2015 Southern Baptist Convention’s evening of prayer live on Tuesday, June 16th at 8:30 p.m., with a re-air running at 1:00 a.m.
An annual event, the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) evening of prayer consists of, what SBC President Ronnie Floyd has titled, “A National Call for Prayer to All Southern Baptists for the Next Great Awakening and to Reach the World for Christ.”
In the past, only convention attendees have had the opportunity to join in on the evening of prayer, however, viewers from around the world will have the chance to join together in prayer for America and the church this year by tuning in to Daystar on the evening of June 16th.
SBC President Ronnie Floyd, Dr. Jack Graham, Dr. James Merritt, K. Marshall Williams Sr., David Galvan, Dr. Ken Whitten, Dr. Paul Kim, Dr. Ted Traylor, Vance Pitman and J.D. Greear will be among the special guests featured at the convention, each offering prayer in turn throughout the evening.
