Partners, with your help, Daystar Television Network has made an additional donation to Huldah Buntain’s ministry, Calcutta Mercy Ministries, bringing the total given so far to over $260,000. Recently, Daystar donated over $14,000 specifically toward the development of the Hope House. The Hope House provides a safe, productive and fun environment for girls born into Calcutta’s red-light district.
In 1954, Huldah Buntain and her late husband, Mark, travelled to India for what was meant to be a one-year mission trip. One year turned into 60, however, and today Huldah Buntain’s ministry spans across 11 states with 32,000 people in schools throughout India.
“We’re so pleased that Daystar has been able to bless Huldah Buntain’s ministry with an additional donation to provide Red Light district girls a home, education, and an alternative to prostitution,” says Marcus Lamb, President and CEO of Daystar Television Network.
Partners, thank you for your generous support, which helps Daystar support projects like the Hope House around the world.
