From Uganda to Moldova to Israel, your donations are making a difference in the lives of people all around the world – and now, you are helping to reduce the suicide rates amongst young people living in Canada’s Arctic Circle.
Recently, Daystar made a $5,000 donation to help combat this problem by partnering with Bill Prankard and the Arctic Hope Project.
Bill Prankard has been ministering in and around the Arctic Circle of Canada for over 40 years, and during that time has seen suicide rates among young people increase rapidly.
His ministry is launching The Arctic Hope Project, a 3 week intensive course led by Spirit-filled doctors, counselors and business people, to help fight this growing problem. Once the young people go through the program, they also receive ongoing mentoring to continue their personal and spiritual growth.
“We care about people. Thus the reason Daystar donated $ 5,000 to the Artic Hope Project. This is a Canadian organization that ministers to the people living near and around the Arctic Circle and trains professionals to minister to suicidal people,” says Marcus Lamb, President and CEO of Daystar Television Network. “Because of you, our partners, suicides are being prevented and lives are being saved for the Kingdom.”
Partners – we couldn’t do what we do without you. Because of your generosity, lives are being impacted, literally all around the globe. Thank you!
