Ray Lewis is a former NFL football linebacker who played his entire 17-year career for the Baltimore Ravens. He is the oldest of five children and became a football star in high school in Lakeland, Florida.
He was recruited to play college football at the University of Miami, where he earned All-American honors. Ray decided to forgo his final year of playing college football and in 1996 the Baltimore Ravens drafted him in the first round. During his NFL career he helped his team win two Super Bowls, each time he was awarded MVP and went to the Pro Bowl 13 times. He retired in 2013 and is considered one of the greatest linebackers in NFL history. Ray has six children and resides outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
