Bio

Pastor Javier Montenegro received Jesus as his Lord and Savior at a very young age in his native Argentina. From the beginning God put in his heart a passion to bring God’s word to the nations. In 1992, Javier married Keyla and they became ordained ministers. For the next five years, Javier and Keyla ministered in Chile, Guatemala, Brazil, Colombia, & Bolivia. Javier went back to Argentina to co-pastor a church in his hometown. In 2003, Javier obeyed God and moved to Israel and started ministering in his living room. By 2004, he started Centro Biblico Neguev. Javier continues to work locally and internationally to develop the vision God has given him.
