Bio

Pastors Frank and Parris Bailey are the founders and senior pastors of Victory Fellowship in Metairie, Louisiana, which began in 1979. Their passion to see God’s glory spread has motivated their life work in the city of New Orleans. As an extension of Victory Fellowship, Frank and Parris birthed Victory Christian Academy and Mom’s Day Out, Bethesda College of Ministry and the Bible and Mary’s Song Restoration Center for Women. The church is known throughout the New Orleans area and around the country for it’s evangelical multi-media production, “Beyond the Grave” and its Annual July 4th Free Food Festival, “Feed the Multitudes.” God has used Frank to bring revival, change, deliverance and healing to many lives throughout the world. Frank is also the author of several books including “Eye of the Storm,” “The Unseen World of the Holy Spirit,” and “Holy Spirit, the Promised One.” Frank and Parris have four children and five grandchildren.
