Bio

Dr. Andre and Jenny Roebert started their ministry in King Williams Town in 1991 as local youth pastors. After their wedding in 1992 they continued to serve the local church until the founding of Revival South Africa, an itinerant ministry spreading the gospel to the small towns of South Africa.

After seeing thousands saved, set free and set on fire for God, Andre and Jenny followed the Lord’s call to begin what would fast became a structure to touch their nation in many ways – in 1998 River Ministries was birthed. Just two years later God led them into the first of many business ventures, enabling them to finance the ministry and vision God had given them to quicken the body of Christ and bring in the end-time harvest of souls. Today they still pastor The River church, the services of which are broadcast live each Sunday on two satellite television channels. As a result their congregation is literally spread over the continent of Africa and they also connect with thousands of people through Facebook and their various websites.

Andre and Jenny also host their own television program, which is broadcast three times weekly excluding repeat broadcasts. The administrative headquarters for River Ministries is in East London and occupies a building exceeding 55000m2, from which over 47 companies are administered to fulfil the vision that God has placed on Andre and Jenny’s hearts. From small beginnings God has grown the influence of Andre and Jenny through the work of River Ministries in advancing Godly kingdom.
