Gianna Jessen is an amazing woman who survived a third trimester abortion. As a result of the attempted abortion, she was born premature with injuries that caused her to have physical atrophy and cerebral palsy. Despite her physical limitations at birth, Jessen was able to overcome, and in 2005 she completed her first marathon in just over 7 hours. Today she is a pro-life activist, marathon runner and songwriter as she travels around the world sharing her story.
