Lawrence is founder and Senior Pastor of North Church and Bishop of Church on the Rock-International. Church on the Rock-International is a worldwide network of over 5,000 churches and ministries.
Lawrence, his wife Coral, and their daughter Ali live in Coppell, Texas. His adult son, Lance, lives in Dallas, TX.
