Dennis and Colleen Rouse
Dennis and Colleen Rouse are the lead pastors of Victory World Church – a thriving multi-cultural organization committed to cultural reconciliation, building families, transforming community, and impacting the world. Victory was founded in 1990 upon the vision of Acts 1:8: “But you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Today, Victory’s main campus in Norcross welcomes more than 10,000 people from over 100 nations each weekend, and the ministry has expanded to include church affiliations such as Victory North in Kennesaw; Classic City Community Church in Athens; and most recently, a new satellite campus, Victory @ Hamilton Mill in Buford.
The Rouses are deeply committed to encouraging each individual to reach their highest potential in Christ. They are determined to revolutionize as many lives as possible by focusing on building stronger families, transforming our local community through active participation, bridging the gap between the cultures, and impacting the world with the love and generosity of Christ.
Today, Pastors Dennis & Colleen have learned many life lessons throughout the course of their ministry. These lessons have enabled them to teach passionately, openly and honestly, sharing from both their successes and failures. They are especially passionate and active in international leadership training, missions and pastoral mentorships, as well as Men’s and Women’s Ministry. They continue to serve as the Lead Pastors to this day.
They have enjoyed a rich and fulfilling marriage for over 30 years, and are dedicated parents to their adult daughter, Lauren. Above all, the Rouses’ top priority is continuing to grow in the relationship with the Lord and seeing His Kingdom come to pass in their lives and the lives of those around them.
