About Daniel Calic
Daniel Calic is the eldest son raised in a middle class Jewish family. His father was the Ba’al Tekiah for 35 years in the synagogue where Daniel was Bar Mitzvah. His grandfather was also a Ba’al Tekiah. His passion for Israel and the Jewish people is evidenced by extensive writing, published articles, speaking and teaching calling for the right of Israel and the Jewish people to exist and live in the land ordained to them by God. Daniel is a strong and articulate voice for Israel and the Jewish people.
Both Daniel and his wife, Deborah, have a heart for Israel and the Jewish people. In many ways their relationship parallels the story of Ruth and Boaz, and the allegorical picture throughout the story that unfolds when Jew and Gentile reciprocally bless one another.
Once God brought them together it became clear He was calling them to share the Hebraic roots of Christianity with Gentile believers, and to extend a hand of friendship to further develop unity and reconciliation between Jews and Christians. Their vision is to promote “one new man in Yeshua/Christ” [Ephesians 2 : 15], thus bringing the outpouring of God’s spirit upon all.
