
Daystar Television Network is set to air CUFI’s (Christians United for Israel) 10th Annual Washington Summit on Monday, July 13th live at 12:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Eastern. The summit, which is held each July, provides an opportunity for thousands of pro-Israel Christians to gather in Washington, D.C. and make their voices heard in support of Israel and the Jewish people.
The Washington Summit will feature a variety of distinguished speakers such as Pastor John Hagee, CUFI Executive Director David Brog, nationally syndicated radio host Dennis Prager and Israeli Ambassador to the United States Ron Dermer, among others.
Christians United for Israel is the largest pro-Israel organization in the United States and one of the leading Christian grassroots movements in the world. CUFI’s message is spread to millions across America, with hundreds of pro-Israel events being hosted in various cities around the country. Their mission is to provide a national association through which pro-Israel groups and individuals in America can speak and act with one voice in support of Israel.

John Hagee

Dennis Prager
Dennis Prager is one of America’s best known nationally syndicated radio talk show hosts and has appeared on numerous national television programs. Since 1992, Prager has been teaching the Bible verse-by-verse at the University of Judaism. He has written several books including The Nine Questions People Ask About Judaism, which is the most widely used introduction to Judaism in the world. His new book Still the Best Hope: Why American Values Must Triumph was published in April. His latest venture, Prager University, is a virtual university on the Internet with five minute courses on political science, economics, history, religion, and life. Prager was previously a Fellow at Columbia University’s School of International Affairs and was appointed by President Ronald Reagan to the U.S. Delegation to the Vienna Review Conference on the Helsinki Accords. Ron Dermer
Ambassador Ron Dermer is the Israeli Ambassador to the United States. Prior to this post, Ambassador Dermer served as Israel’s Minister of Economic Affairs at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC and later as Senior Advisor to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Ambassador Dermer co-authored with Natan Sharansky the best-selling book, The Case For Democracy; The Power of Freedom to Overcome Tyranny and Terror, which has been translated into ten languages. Ambassador Dermer also previously worked as a columnist for the Jerusalem Post.

David Brog
David Brog is the Executive Director of Christians United for Israel (CUFI). Before joining CUFI, Brog worked in the US Senate for seven years, rising to be chief-of-staff to SenatorArlen Specter and staff director of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Brog also served as an executive at America Online and practiced corporate law in Tel Aviv and Philadelphia.
Brog is the author of Standing with Israel: Why Christians Support the Jewish State (2006) and In Defense of Faith: the Judeo-Christian Idea and the struggle for Humanity (2010). In 2007, the Forward newspaper listed Brog in its “Forward 50” most influential Jews in America. Brog is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
