Daystar is a ministry dedicated to winning souls to Jesus Christ through Faith-based television. As a ministry, Daystar reserves the right to discriminate based on religious beliefs(1). Daystar also reserves the right to end the assignment of any individual that appears to conflict with the beliefs or guidelines of Daystar. Daystar believes that the most effective means of carrying out its mission is to pray continually and seek the leading of the Holy Spirit. This ministry uses all gifts of the Spirit as He provides them and leads us to use them. All Daystar employees are likely to encounter Christian practice including, but not limited to: single or corporate prayer, laying on of hands, praying in tongues, and praise and worship.
