Time for Hope with Freda Crews

Time for Hope is a faith-based mental health show dealing with most, if not all, of the important real life issues of the day. We interview selected guests who have themselves experienced and written about painful and difficult seasons in their lives, experts in their unique fields, or others who have been trained to help people face today’s challenges by offering practical, psychological and spiritual directions leading to freedom, healing, growth, inner peace and personal transformation.

Time for Hope challenges its viewers to make exciting and positive changes in their lives. The host and her guests often do this through their own personal testimonials. At other times, it is done through guests sharing their innovative ideas and programs that have been tried, tested, and proven to impact the lives of many people.

Time for Hope offers many books and other resources that can change people’s lives. With each program, we offer a “product” related to the subject being discussed. It is usually a book authored by the guest. In addition, we also make available a one-page fact sheet that is compiled from notes of the show, the book being offered, and from other resources.
