A Life Letter

Dear God.
I praise You and thank You for the healing that is taking place in my heart and in my relationships. Thank You for providing me with a circle of inspiration for this journey. I pray that You will bless each one of them. Still, I know that no matter how many people I have in my circle, it would never be complete without You.
Lord, I desire healing, and I believe that You are the God who heals. I know that I need You in order to receive healing and to be free to breathe. I can't make this healing journey on my own. Purify me from my sin and the sin that has been inflicted upon me. Be my refuge and strength, my comfort and my guide as I journey toward wholeness. Help me to see myself with new eyes, Your eyes, and to hold tight to Your promises. Hold my hand as I walk toward Your light. and carry me when I can't take another step. Transform this wounded and calloused heart into a heart of flesh and blood that beats surely and strongly, all for You.
Father; I want to truly know You. I pray that Your breath will touch every inch of my being In my pain and my attempts to cope, I have believed lie after lie, but I ask that You would shatter every single one that I have ever believed about You so that Your light of truth will be the only thing left shining down on me. Help me to carry Your love, Your truth, Your light into each of my relationships and into the world - a world that You created with a single breath. Help me to open my eyes to others who are hurting and broken and use me to minister to them as You have ministered to me. Fill me with Your breath of life that I might breathe into the lives around me. I love You, Lord.
