House of Hope
Providing Hope to Holocaust Survivors
The Daystar House of Hope, located in Tiberias along the Sea of Galilee, provides a place for Holocaust survivor’s living below the poverty level to come and have their needs met – free of charge. Here, they are provided with food, shelter, medical attention, cultural activities, and a place where their stories can be shared, preserved, and passed down to future generations – never to be forgotten. Daystar was the first organization to do something like this for Holocaust survivors in Israel, and feels privileged to be a blessing to these amazing people. They have gone through so much in their lifetimes, and we are committed to making the rest of their lives as comfortable as possible.
