    I watched the show today, great information.  May I please have the 8 things that he recommends up to have. When it was listed on the air I could not get all the list of supplements. What I did get was Kwie Extra for dark circle, eggs, kale (Lutian), but I did not get the rest. Please email the list please.  Thank you.

    The list of supplements are: biotin (found in eggs), lutein (found in kale), tocotrienol (found in coconut), kiwi seed extract (found in kiwi), kudzu extract (found in kudzu), olive leaf – or olive fruit – extract, hyaluronic acid (found in chicken broth), and astaxanthin (found in salmon).
