Gravy ( for Dressing )
Ingredients:
Chicken stock or Turkey stock (strained)
6 boiled eggs chopped
Giblets from Turkey or Chicken ( optional )
Small pieces of meat off the chicken or Turkey
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
½ cup flour and 8oz. water (for thickening gravy )
Instructions:
1. Take Pan of stock…heat it till hot (not boiling)
2. Add all ingredients except thickening (flour and water)
3. Mix flour and water in small bowl…beat with whisk until smooth
4. Pour mixture thru strainer into hot stock and stir with whisk
quickly, so it will not lump; mixture should be smooth
